so how would i load a base fuel map and spark map from that link ?

You right click the map you want, click 'Save Link As..' change the 'Save As Type' to All Types, and save. Then in Megatune, open the VE Table (or indeed spark) and click File->Table Import.. browse to the file you just saved and click 'Open' and hey presto
