Haldex Controllers
MrBeige as you work doing some wonderful and weird stuff electronics wise and can work with can-bus, do you think its possible to make me a Haldex Performance Controller, i know its not quite so simple as just a bit of electric circuitry as there is the valve assembly or something too but worth an ask.

Re: Haldex Controllers
I dunno, it probably isn't that complicated really. It's a simple solenoid valve supplied with a PWM, from what I can tell, that changes the pressure of hte fluid in the viscous coupling. The difficulty will be providing the correct CAN signals to the rest of system so it doesn't throw up a load of faults.
You can buy them, but they are expensive...

Is the Haldex viscous? I thought it was just a simple on / off affair!
