Time to start thinking of putting the engine back in.
This weekend probably.
Just got some small jobs out the way 2night.
Torqued up pulleys installed primed and vaseline packed oil pump.
PAS system adjusted and tensioned up.(Seems to fit slightly differently on this ACE block)
Charger tensioner system adjusted for slightly smaller pulley.

Ordered some NGKPFR7B plugs(NGK equivalent of Bosch audi s2 FD5POR )...

..
Nope.can't think of anything else I need. Cool [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

dunno if i should wrap the downpipe or not.
Appart from potential performance gains if any there is the issue of the gear shift selct cables nestling very close to the exhaust manifold.

Anyway, should be on for a start tomorrow to check everything has gone back together ok.
Fitted a 9" fan instead of a 2nd 11" which was being attacked by the charger when the engine moved.
