What code 020 box would you use for a mk1 ABF?

Got the choices of most boxes but would like to stick to 90mm shafts to keep cost down

any ideas?

My mate went for an early mk1 1.6 box in his mk1 Golf running KR with twin forties and she had wicked acceleration but top speed of little over 115mph! Stick to the twisties and you'll never need any more than that though. Awesome fun Cool

Mk2 1.8 8v 90- Seems like a good bet

Gearbox:- AUG
Tyre:- Michelin all patterns 205/50 x 15
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Top Gear gives 21.627 MPH/1000 RPM and a top speed of 134.086 MPH at 6200 RPM

Engine speeds in top gear:-
30 MPH = 1387 RPM 40 MPH = 1850 RPM 50 MPH = 2312 RPM 60 MPH = 2774 RPM
70 MPH = 3237 RPM 80 MPH = 3699 RPM 90 MPH = 4162 RPM 100 MPH = 4624 RPM

Top Speed in 1 gear = 33.036 MPH
And changes into 2 gear at 3486 RPM dropping 2714 RPM
Top Speed in 2 gear = 58.749 MPH
And changes into 3 gear at 4602 RPM dropping 1598 RPM
Top Speed in 3 gear = 79.148 MPH
And changes into 4 gear at 4865 RPM dropping 1335 RPM
Top Speed in 4 gear = 100.861 MPH
And changes into 5 gear at 4664 RPM dropping 1536 RPM
Top Speed in 5 gear = 134.086 MPH

Also code DGF,DGT
