288 callipers...
Right, so as not to spend a fortune on Brembo callipers or such like, I was wondering if it would be possible to fit 288 callipers and carriers onto a four stud hub. These callipers can be found relatively cheaply and are a decent upgrade for 5 stud Corrados, using the standard Mk3 VR disc, but as my Corrado is a KR valver (at the mo), could they be mounted in conjection with Seat Leon 305mm discs?
Re: 288 callipers...
im sure the offset of the discs are different on the 5 stud to the four, but redrilling them to four is easy, maby a bit of spacing of the carrier will do the job?

A spacer bracket would do the job of the offset as well then?CorradoVR6-Turbo wrote:im sure the offset of the discs are different on the 5 stud to the four, but redrilling them to four is easy, maby a bit of spacing of the carrier will do the job?
