right, few pics n shizzle of my golf. had it 3 years now and only started driving it about 2 months ago, then all the trouble started Laughing

Good work fella. Did you refurbished the charger yourself? I've been told it's not a difficult job, just a bit fiddly?

Love the mk5 front seats, I guess some subframe action was required? Do they sit low enough?

Yea did charger myself, it's not hard just get the right tools and prepare for some but clenching moments lol

Yea there a good touch Smile yea custom subframes, there possibly higher than originals but you don't know when in it they sit very well

Lad who did the bodywork welded me them up, could do it myself now like. Not hard to do there just a square frame the bolts to the floor and cross member

Am I right in thinking that the seat front/back movement is on the seat mechanism rather than runners on the floor?

yea it is, runners are built onto seat which lets you bolt them down solid and they still slide Smile

iv still got all the mechanism and sliders in for mk2 seats so can go back to them if i want to, but i wont coz mk5 seats are way too comfy
