Anyone got them stored in .pdf? One of the guys on CF has had a shift light and is trying to get it working in his Mk2 16v, but I think he may have the wiring wrong Sad

I could just do with the wiring diagrams for the instrument cluster. I need to determine which is the rpm feed into it. Also could do with switched live (ignition) and earth.

Ugh, for those particular diagrams the bentley only shows the US production cars (as opposed to only a few german production diagrams it shows) so the wiring is probably all wrong. I'll check the haynes.

ok haynes is better. I'll scan the ignition system too, perhaps you will be able to trace back the rpm signal wire from that.

There doesn't seem to be a dash panel diagram for the 16v for some reason, so I've scanned in the one for the 1.8 carb which focuses on the tacho. Hopefully that will get you your wire. Very Happy
