that's a '2 hole' bracket, anyone know if this is true for the '3 hole',
reason being when I was building my 2L block it had an audi bracket which angles the filter away from the audi engine mount, I found a Seat housing that has 3 sender holes, one with an oil temp sender in place, the units both look as if they have some kind of by-pass/pressure relief valve built in?

as an aside..

are the audi 3 hole brackets the same shape as the later abf engines or is it the same shape as the vw 2 hole brackets as above?

3 hole ones are the different shape, the breather unit also changed at the same time from the alloy one to the black plastic one
